TaTa Bot

The challenge

Schedules are scattered across tools, finding a suitable time is difficult, and time zones make arranging calls more confusing.

The solution

I designed TaTa Bot, a planner that works directly inside Telegram.

• Time zones. Each participant sees the meeting time in their own time zone.
• In-chat creation. Mentioning the bot creates an event without switching apps.
• Reminders. The bot reminds users about scheduled events.
• Search. Meetings and notes can be found by keyword.

The outcome

Planning becomes part of everyday conversations, bringing meetings, local time and reminders into one tool.
