1. Operator and purpose

By selecting the consent checkbox and submitting an enquiry on ul1dev.com, I consent to Igor Svyatoslavovich Ulanov, a self-employed individual based in Russia, processing the information I provide to review my enquiry, contact me, clarify project requirements and discuss possible cooperation.

2. Information and operations

This consent covers my name, optional company information, email address, telephone number or other contact address, project description, submitted files and the enquiry and consent records. Processing may be automated or manual and includes collection, recording, organisation, storage, retrieval, use, correction, restriction and deletion for the stated purpose.

Enquiries use the main server and database in Germany, private Bunny.net storage in Germany and Sweden, Cloudflare reverse proxying and Yandex 360 email in Russia. The operator is based in Russia. An enabled Telegram notification contains a service reference and a protected administrative link, without my submitted contact details, project description or files. 3. Duration and withdrawal

This consent applies from submission until withdrawal or deletion of the enquiry. Enquiries and attachments are deleted 180 days after receipt. Backup copies are handled as described in the privacy policy. I can withdraw consent or request access, correction or deletion by emailing [email protected] with information identifying my enquiry.

Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Information may be processed on another ground only where applicable law permits it. Documents subsequently created for a project contract are separate records.

4. Scope of my choice

Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but the operator cannot review and answer the request without the required contact and project information. I will provide only relevant information and will not include unnecessary sensitive data or information about others that I am not authorised to share.

This consent does not authorise advertising mailings, sale or publication of my information, optional analytics or unrestricted international transfers. Analytics require a separate choice, and external video services are activated separately. Where a particular transfer requires additional legal grounds or procedures, this checkbox does not replace them. The website remains available without enquiry consent; the form cannot submit without it.
