The challenge

Real questions and candidate experiences are scattered across chats, forums and articles. Preparing for an interview starts with a lengthy search.

The solution

I developed Prepise, a web application where users share their experiences of IT interviews.

• Structured data. Materials are linked to a role, company and seniority level.
• User-generated content. Candidates can contribute their own experiences.
• Architecture. The system was designed with future audience and data growth in mind.
• Interface. Reading and publishing materials form a clear user journey.

The outcome

Candidates get a structured, growing collection of interview experiences instead of disconnected discussions.
