The challenge
Managers check addresses and calculate delivery fees manually. Couriers ask about earnings in chats, while order statuses get lost between messages.
The solution
I developed a Telegram Mini App for flower delivery operations and the courier team.
- Delivery zones. Yandex Maps integration identifies the zone from an address and calculates the fee.
- Courier dashboard. Earnings are available for the day, week and month.
- Statuses. Couriers update deliveries inside Telegram.
- Administration. Orders, statistics and payout tracking share one interface.
The outcome
Managers and couriers use a shared order system, bringing delivery fees, statuses and payouts out of scattered chats.
